Yes. All photos are printed on commercial 4x6 photo paper.

Yes.  Since we install our advanced mail delivery system directly into the facilities, LIAM Connect has a contract with each individual correctional facility. 

All orders that violate facility rules will be discarded with no refund.  ALL IMAGES CONTAINING NUDITY WILL NOT BE DELIVERED WITH NO REFUND.

Orders are printed instantly so there are no refunds available.

For a variety of security reasons, incarcerated individuals cannot respond

through the system.

No. LIAM Safe is the most affordable way to send letters, photos and greeting

cards. LIAM Safe letters are only $0.60, which is less than the price of a stamp.

Our 4x6 photos that are printed on real photo paper cost just $1.19. Both letters

and photos get printed within the facility the same day.

On your personal dashboard, there is a menu item labeled Purchase History.

Under purchase history, all printed mail will have the word Approved listed under

Approval Status.

Most correctional facilities have a website where you can access links for looking up an inmate’s ID number.

No, LIAM Safe is not subscription based. You simply pay for each order.

At the top of the page click on Inmate Mail and then select "Problem with your order?" Simply fill out this for and a LIAM rep will reply.
